Primăvara și vara, este bine să stea în aer liber, dar să nu fie ținută direct în razele soarelui în zilele toride, pentru că se va ofili. Se udă la 4 – 5 zile, după ce se usucă bine pământul din ghiveci. Iarna, când planta are nevoie de un repaus, se udă mai rar, o dată pe săptămână.
